JOB SUMMARY

Responsible & accountable for the development, management, evaluation and improvement of the entire planning process which covers demand planning, supply planning, commercialization and infrastructure planning. Lead the implementation of tools, processes and metrics for all 4 planning functions and ensure that it is well communicated and understood by all other functional areas. Ensure that the right people are in place for each planning function with right skill set and right compensation scheme. Work collaboratively with other supply chain functions (e.g. logistics, manufacturing, procurement etc.) to ensure all operational plans are executed by them and all improvement opportunities are identified and implemented to improve customer service and reduce supply chain operational costs.

University Graduate Degree

Experience At least 12 years
